Refunds
Nothing is sold on creyon.studio itself. This page explains where a purchase actually happened and who refunds it.
Bought through the App Store or Google Play
Apple and Google take the payment, so they issue the refund under their own policies. Request it from your purchase history — we never see your card details and cannot reverse the charge ourselves.
Bought on an app’s own website
Where an app sells directly, its own site states who processes the payment and how refunds work. Those terms govern the purchase, not this page.
Your right to withdraw
For purchases made from us in the EU you generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Two common exceptions: digital content you asked to start using immediately, and goods personalised to your order.
If a refund was refused
Write to us anyway. If a store turned you down and you think that was wrong, tell us what happened — we would rather make it right than have you feel cheated by something we made.
