These terms govern your use of creyon.studio. Our apps are licensed separately under their own terms, which you accept when you install them.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by CREYON STUDIO, S.L., a Spanish limited company registered in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Full identification details are at the foot of this page.
Using this site
You may read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or present it as your own work.
What belongs to us
The text, artwork, logo and page design are ours unless stated otherwise. The Creyon and Lienzo names and marks are ours. Press-kit assets may be reproduced in coverage of the studio without asking; everything else needs permission.
Links to other places
We link out to app stores and to our apps’ own sites. We do not control those and are not responsible for what they do or say.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available as well as a two-person studio reasonably can, but we do not promise it is error-free or never offline.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing here limits liability that Spanish law does not allow us to limit — including your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes go to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria unless consumer law entitles you to your own.
